Education Mediation
Mediation Northwest believes in the power of parties determining their path in a conflict, not a court. Therefore, we provide an affordable venue to address conflict in a productive and resolute manner.
Mediation Northwest provides special education and 504 mediation and facilitation. Children with special needs have a due process right to receive an education that meets their needs. At times, school districts and parents disagree about the child’s education. When a disagreement occurs, Mediation Northwest assists both parties through mediation or facilitation and attempt to achieve consensus regarding the child’s education.
