How to Make a Divorce Mediation Appointment
1. All couples with children under 18-years-old must have previously attempted reconciliation through couples therapy (counselors, therapists, clergy, etc) within the last two years.
2. Each party needs to contact Mediation Northwest (phone or email). After each party has indicated his/her preference to mediate with Mediation Northwest, a mutually agreed upon mediation appointment will be made.
3. Mediation Northwest will email (or US Mail at your preference) a mediation document checklist to you. This checklist will assist you with organizing all the information you need to have a successful mediation.
4. All mediation time shall be paid for at the end of each mediation appointment. We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.
Making your appointment
After both parties have contacted Mediation Northwest, it is time to make an appointment by either calling the office at 541.484.1200 or by clicking on www.Tungle.me/mediationnorthwestjga and following these 3 easy steps:

Second, in the Location drop-down menu, select Mediation Northwest. Third, in the Meeting Duration drop-down menu, select 60 minutes for adoption mediation or 2 hours for divorce, parenting time, or workplace mediation matters.
Step Two: Click on the green “Step 2: Add Participants” button. In the appropriate fields, fill-in the necessary information.
Step Three: Click the green “Step 3: Propose Times” button. Use the arrows at the top of the calendar to navigate through each week of the calendar.
